Round 2 of the 2026 Spanish F4 Championship takes the series across the border to Portugal — to the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão, 5 to 7 June.

The Algarve circuit is a 4.6 km track of significant elevation changes, blind crests and one of the most demanding sequences of fast corners on the F4 calendar. It is one of the few rounds that does not take place in Spain, and the only international round on the championship’s 2026 schedule.

For Alfons, Portimão will be a track learned from scratch. After the season opener in Valencia, the focus through May has been simulator work, training and pre-event preparation with GRS Team. Round 2 is the first proper test of how quickly Alfons can adapt to a new circuit in single-seater machinery.

The race weekend follows the standard Spanish F4 format: free practice and qualifying on Friday and Saturday, two races on Saturday and Sunday.
